Molly Tarlov
Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011, and is best known for her character Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy TV show. Tarlov was born in Manhattan as the eldest of two daughters. At the age of 10 she began her acting career in the production Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The 7th graders who saw the show were amazed. In her later years she was a student at NYU Tisch located in Paris as well as at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. The course covered a wide range kinds of forms of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company is where she also studied. At the LAByrinth Theater master class, Molly managed to integrate writing and her acting. Molly swapped her winter coat for dark sunglasses and headed to Los Angeles. She quickly landed a three-word character on iCarly which attracted lots of interest from parents. Since then, she has had a number of TV appearances. She also created the character of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly loves to pretend she's a skilled basketball player although it's just not real. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
